Harbor Capital Partners was engaged as financial advisor by Vision Hospitality Group, a successful private owner-operator of select service Marriott and Hilton hotels throughout the southeastern US. Harbor led in exploring institutional and other funding strategies to support Vision’s continued growth and to take advantage of possible acquisition opportunities.  Harbor principals helped develop business plans and deal offering materials that resulted in the introduction of an institutional investing partner and other capital sources. These gave Vision a robust financial platform to pursue a multi-year, multi-property growth path.
